By accessing and using the El Carrito Cafeinado website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

This website is provided for information, online ordering of Café de la Botella, event booking inquiries, and community participation through El Zine. You agree to use it only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

By submitting photos to El Zine, you:

• Grant El Carrito Cafeinado a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted photos in El Zine and the annual digital yearbook.
• Represent that you have the rights to the content you submit, including photos featuring other people.
• Acknowledge that submissions may be moderated, approved, rejected, or removed at El Carrito Cafeinado's discretion.
• You must be at least 13 to submit. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your submission.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or harassing content, or content that infringes another person's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• To request removal or report content, contact legal@thecaffeinatedcart.com and identify the photo or page and the reason for your request.

Website text, graphics, logos, images, and branding belong to El Carrito Cafeinado and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Online orders are processed through Square. Review the pickup location, pickup timing, availability, and any refund or exchange terms shown at checkout before paying. Keep your order confirmation and contact us if you have a pickup problem or need to request a refund. A refund request is reviewed under the terms communicated for your purchase and applicable law; submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund.

This website and its content are provided as is and as available without warranties. El Carrito Cafeinado is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless El Carrito Cafeinado, its owner, employees, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of this website or violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning these website terms will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms. We will revise the effective date above; continued website use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Submitting a booking inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm an event. Pricing, any required deposit, payment deadlines, and cancellation or rescheduling terms will be communicated in your booking proposal or agreement before confirmation. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change. A cancellation request does not itself issue a payment refund.
